SAFETY

A safe working environment is one of the fundamental values of New-Com’s company culture. The NCI Safety Department is diligent in providing all necessary training, education, and continued support to all employees. New-Com takes pride in the managerial involvement, implementation and support of the Safety Department. All New-Com superintendents have successfully received their applicable OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Certificates. Safety is a full-time commitment requiring each employee to be responsible for themselves and their fellow workers. We are proud of our safety record and will continue to work towards our goal of zero work-related incidents.
