This project included the construction of a 182 MGD solids dewatering facility. The five floor structure is equipped with eight centrifuges, two truck load out bays, four storage tanks and two screening hoppers.
Associated Electrical Scope Included:
Installation of associated electrical equipment including; light fixtures, adjustable frequency drives, PLC and instrumentation.
An upgrade of the plants 12.4 KV infrastructure including; two 15KV distribution switch line-ups.
Installation of load centers, one parallel feed of 3200 amps and a parallel feed of 4000 amps.
Replacement of medium voltage to 480V load centers, while coordinating to keep the existing facilities operational.
Installation of a mile long duct bank that crosses under the Las Vegas wash through a micro-tunnel.
